, Cummersdale Friendship Club We meet in the Cummersdale Village Hall on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month from 2 to 4pm.Come along and meet new and old friends, have a cup of tea, enjoy a chat and our programme of speakers and outings.Last month we were able to have a demonstration from Wiltshire Farm Foods, we meet the local police team, re-home security & crime prevention, this month we have a talk by a fireman and Jewellery talk planned. Our annual coffee morning is planned in the village hall on Saturday 11 March from 9.30 to 12.30.All are welcome to join us. |
FOOTPATHS Parish Footpaths are important to us all, however the we need residents to report any hazards or where improvements need to be made. Please report any issues regarding the green areas or path ways to your local councillor or e-mail the Clerk. |

WARNINGS FOR SPEEDERS IN CUMMERSDALE VILLAGE |
The County Council Highways department are currently reviewing the speed limit on Cummersdale Road, it is hoped that this will be reduced to 30mph.

Broadband Cumbria County Council has a programme called “Connecting Cumbria” its aim is to increase the broadband speeds in the County. The parish council need to map the area with good and bad speeds in the village. What is your broadband speed?
